A little bit about me …
My name is Sofia Santana and I am a recent graduate of Loyola Marymount University. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism in May 2021. I was born and raised in Southern California’s San Gabriel Valley and I now live in Los Angeles, CA.
I have experience writing fashion, culture, entertainment, and political stories on various digital publications, as well as publicity and editing. I am the most passionate about politics, entertainment, and fashion and I am looking forward to gaining more experience and knowledge of the industry. I've been trusted with several leadership positions in the past and I value the importance of teamwork, great communication, and the enthusiasm to learn new skills.
With my degree in Journalism and previous internship experiences, I have learned about both sides of the communications and media world. I understand what it takes to create work that grabs readers’ attention, but I also know the importance of successful communication and representation.
